Critical: QualityWent here based on a recommendations for wedding nails. Made appointment a month in advance. Called because I specifically wanted dip nails. I was talked out of getting dip nails saying that I would want acrylic which I agreed too because she was insistent they would look better. Every step of the way I didn’t get what I wanted. She cut way too short and when I said they were too short when first starting (after having tips added they were shorter then the nails I walked in with) she said they looked good. Then she asked what shape I wanted and I said oval. She said she couldn’t do that because they were too short (after she cut the tips to short!). Said the best she could do was round the edges. Then she added the white for the pink with white tips it took up have the nail and was not just a tip and I said no I just wanted just a white tip so it was natural not half white.. She assured me that how much white they do and when filed down it would just be a little white tip (I knew this was not possible because she could file down anymore without taking off my finger but she insisted). In the end I got horrible nails that we all crooked and different lengths. I ended up crying in the salon. The only solution I was offered was they could add paint over. I was looking for a natural pink and white manicure and even if I would have added paint it would have solved the issue that the nails were all too short and crooked and different lengths.
