Very disappointed and will not be returning. I have never had such a bad manicure and pedicure in my entire life. It was a waste of money. Not only did my nails turn out horrible but the manicure and pedicure were terrible it was as though I was never there. They were rushed and you could tell. Would have been better off doing it all myself.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery disappointed with my experience here. I made an appointment with Vivian and planned to see her for a full set. I was instead seen by her husband who was just supposed to prep the nails but ended up doing the whole thing because Vivian was busy. After I left and inspected the nails, I texted Vivian to come back for a repair. The nails were not smooth, uniform, or properly buffed. There was so much space between the shellac and my culticle that they already looked grown out! Vivian said she would fix them and to come back anytime. When I returned I was AGAIN seen by her husband who was extremely rude and said I was going to make him late for his appointment. I explained I was told to come any time and was happy to pay again or come back at a better time. He rushed through the filing and re applied the shellac carelessly. I put down a $20 dollar bill and left, extremely dissatisfied. My nails do not look good and as someone who has gotten acrylics, shellac and dip for 15 years I’m disappointed they did not give me good customer service.Very disappointed with my experience here. I was instead seen by her husband who was just supposed to prep the nails but ended up doing the whole thing because Vivian was busy.
