I got gel acrylic tips and i spent $105 and literally two of the nails fell off within the first day and the rest of the nails fell off three days later. It was honestly unbelievable and the biggest waste of money ever. I used to go there a lot but since they upped their prices I think their nail work has become worse. No one should ever spend $105 on nails that come off within 48 hours so I highly recommend another place.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to this nail salon for 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very kind and professional. They take there time to ensure your manicure comes out perfect and you are happy with their work. I have always felt comfortable with the cleanliness standards of the salon even before COVID, and that is still the case now during. I cannot rave about this salon enough. I have never had to wait an extended period of time to have my nails done, but any time I have had to wait the staff is so friendly I never minded. The prices are unmatched for the area for any service including a dip manicure which most salons severely over price for but not here. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and now would never trust anyone else anywhere but Lucy to do them because she does such an amazing job and does such a good job of getting the exact shape you want. I appreciate the staff’s willingness to stay past closing hours to complete my manicure. My manicure always lasts 3+ weeks if I needed t too. They take there time to ensure your manicure comes out perfect and you are happy with their work. One star ONLY because the tech who did my nails on hands did a good job. However, I am appalled at how my pedicure was handled! The tech who did my pedicure cut the side of my foot…the cut was much deeper than I initially thought. The Manager was told about it by myself and she never said sorry and/or take money off the pedicure. When I left Janina’s, my foot cut hurt, and I saw how deep of a cut it was and it hurt so much I had to wear gauze and several bandaids while wearing shoes. The situation was so mishandled in every way. Clearly the pedicure tech did not know what she was doing nor did the Manager assist in any way. I will never take this kind of treatment again. I happened to be in a sad way that day and it all hit me at once after I left. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Bad business practices!!

Be very careful…it’s one week today my foot is still raw from a tech who obviously had no experience! She continuously scraped an uncalloused part of my foot until she drew blood. I can’t walk comfortably in certain shoes and worried about infection.
