Terrible! I booked a fill bc my usual salon was busy. Huge mistake. The guy didn’t say a word to me & I was barely greeted when I walked in. I had just gotten a full set 2 weeks prior at my normal nail salon & only need a fill but he BOTCHED my nails! No smooth grinding, only coarse & bumpy motions. Then he stuck foil on my nails to REMOVE them and I was confused. I asked what they would do that when my set only needed a fill without talking to me first. A lady stepped in, pulled the guy off from my station and left me sitting there 20 minutes before she came to do my nails.

Tina is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and extremely professional! She took the time to makesure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She showed me pictures of different styles of nails and different shapes of nails and made sure that I was extremely satisfied and if I wasn’t she was more than happy to fix it right then and there no questions asked. It was nice not to be rushed in and out of a place and just treated like a number.she went out of her way to make mimosas for myself and my guests as it was my friend’s birthday and she even cut up fresh strawberries to top them off. her husband was just as helpful and courteous and professional when doing our pedicures. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who’s looking for a great experience and to get exactly what they want and not be rushed out of a place not happy.
