Got there at 9:30am at opening. Salon was already packed. Waited about 20 minutes in the waiting area. Was told to have a seat at a pedicure spa. Sat down waited another 20 minutes in cold water. The spa bubble cover thing broke off into the water my toes were exposed to a fan of some sort which could’ve likely cut me. The nail tech doing my pedicure was very sweet but work is sloppy. I could’ve done this work at home. Also, she decided to clean off the sharp cuticle cutters in the water while my feet were still soaking. Which resulted in her accidentally stabbing me with the cuticle clipper. Would not recommend.

I noticed that they have some bad reviews and I have come here for eye brow wax and they always did a good job . We went around 12:10 pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t that full they were able to get us in right away and start on our nails. It was my 4 yrs old first time and she loved it! There was an older gentleman and he was very sweet to my 4 yr old. Thank you!

I strongly do not recommend this nail salon. We went to get a simple manicure and pedicure. Their quality of work is very poor, overpriced services by nickel and diming everything and over poor customer service this whole experience surprises me. Since there seems to be a nail salon on every corner, I wouldn’t think that they would value the clients that come in.

Critical: QualityI received a pedicure. The polish was very clumpy. I then asked to just apply clear polish and the lady had an issue. Then when she put the clear coat on all over my skin without wiping it off.

I got a classic gel pedicure, they charged me $55 even though I sat in the chair for almost 2 1/2 hours and had a lady fix my nails about three times because they looked horrible. they offered me a five dollar discount after I explained the issue to the owner, it was absolutely unacceptable and the friend i went with had the same issue

So I went to this place today wanting to get just a normal classic pedicure and they just gave me the most expensive one and then they messed up my whole pedicure about 3 times and I ended up sitting in that place for about 3 hours I coudnt stand it. It smelled really bad and the air conditioner didn’t work I also saw roaches and bugs crawling around on the floor it was down right disgusting. Will never be going back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

I got my eyebrows waxed and I was severely burned. I informed the owner and she was not sympathetic or apologetic. She simple said “that happens sometimes”. Please be really careful going there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place not even for my dog.

I always get pedicures at this local nail salon. The ladies are sweet, thorough and gentle. I’m from the North where my usual average pedicure was $45 thru $60 (pricing from 3 years ago so probably more now), at D & J, recently they raised their “regular” pedicure from $20 to $25, still a steal to me. Honestly I’ve often thought their pedicures rival those I’ve had at Four Seasons or other resort pedis I’ve had while on vacation.

Tried to get a pedicure but after soaking my feet for 20 minutes and them servicing other customers that came in AFTER we did, my husband and I HAD to walk out!! I will NOT pull the race card but this is why there are SOOOOO MANY ISSUES TODAY due to the lack of communication, common courtesy, and sheer ignorance. Thankful that I have liberties to go elsewhere, abilities to do it myself and voice my experience to warn others… BEWARE!! WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
