I had to go back to the shop twice to get a braid fixed for falling out within the next day. My last two times there, the lady DD had someone in my hair helping. It took twice as longer than it normally would take and the girl who was helping braiding looks different from what DD braids herself. I also had a lady start messing in my hair and braiding and she doesn’t even work there. Just basically experimenting I. My head. Sad to say I won’t be going back. I didn’t appreciate how this lady was playing in my hair. To me just not professional.

I was here a very longtime ago and DD was extremely cool. I was referred by a family member and she instantly treated me like part of her clientele family. She did an amazing job with my Locs at such a short length; I was impressed. From that moment on, anytime I was in town I’d call her up to see if she was available. She would find a way to squeeze me in. Shout out to DD for making it happen all these years. Come check her out, her and the crew are professionals across the board.

The lady she has working there is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to clients. She started my head. And everything looked fine. And then I noticed that it wasnt. I had sister take a picture to see if my assumptions were right and yes they were parts were terribly huge and braids were so little so when she heard me talking to my sister about it. She then begin ask questions and after the way she acted I no longer wanted her in my head but dd then fixed it and made my braids the way they supposed to been an apologized for her worker which her worker should have apologized her self…. but overall services was great….
