This was my first experience at D.Diamond Nails. Booked my gel mani / gel pedi appointment online for 6PM. When I showed up there was no record of my appointment although I received a text message with a confirmation of my appointment. I sat for about 40 minutes waiting my turn and was getting the urge to leave when I was told it was my turn, I should have left then. My gel pedi was fine but it was nothing special if anything it was very rushed. My gel mani, has starting coming off less than a week after my appointment. I honestly think if the woman just took her time I wouldn’t be writing this review or very unhappy with my $75 mani/pedi (no including my tip). Unfortunately I will not be returning considering there is a bountiful amount of nail salons in the Hollywood area.

The manicure was terrible. The whole service was the worst experience. I asked for a regular manicure. The nail polish used was “gel” polish and very old. You can tell it is old because there was a pile of dry polish all over the bottle neck and there was barely any color coming out. The nail polish looked dry and sticky when painting my nails. It was also not the same color as depicted on their sample colors. The manicure ended up with lots of air bubbles/particles which does not look clean. (I think it’s because the polish is old) The whole time, the person doing my nails was sighing and appeared stressed. After finishing the manicure, she did not help me take my bag so I can go dry my hands in the air drying station. I had to take my bad myself ( keeping in mind that my nails were wet and recently done) They did not properly clean the polish smudges around my nails and fingers. Overall, it looks very messy. This is the first and last time that I’ll be coming to this nail salon.

I NEVER leave a review! But today it was a must! My experience at D. Diamond Nails was absolutely amazing! This was my first time there. The customer service 10 , the atmosphere 10 and the work 10 ! You feel the positive vibe and energy immediately when you walk in! It is clear that the staff enjoys each other as well as there customers; and the feeling is mutual! EVERYONE there was friendly and supportive to one another! I LOVE this place! This will be my permanent nail home! Period!

Found THE perfect nail salon! They were very professional and attentive. We did not have an appointment (2 mani/pedis) and they accommodated us. I would definitely recommend you call and schedule an appointment though as they started filling up while we were there. I’m coming back and making this my goto nail salon

Lady (owner) told Hin or Hun to do my mani & pedi & for whatever reasons she pass me on to some else, latin lady, then latin lady saw her regular come in she ask her do you have an appointment, regular responded & said no but latin lady still wanted to do her regular. So now I get pass back to the original nail lady. Keep in mind she already had xyz reasons to not want to work. I got the fastest mani & pedi I’ve ever had, she cut so many corners. No lotion, no massage, the hot towel that gets wrapped on your feet was thrown on top of my feet. I can go on but I won’t. I went there to relax my mind after losing my pet. So I didn’t have the energy to tell the owner nor did he care ask how was everything? I gave two stars because she did paint my polish on nicely.
