Make sure you read the bad reviews on this place and NEVER COME HERE!! It’s currently 3pm and when they saw me walking to the entrance they ran to lock the door so I wouldn’t come in. After a bit an older lady came out and told me they are closed. How are they closed at 3pm??? With all the workers and a few customers in there??? So I’m asking her how because I literally called them a few days ago confirming time and trying to make an appointment and they specifically told me they don’t do appointments and to just walk in. She then pointed to the sky, basically saying because it’s raining. What does that have to do with me? She told me to come tomorrow. Why would I ever do that? Especially after what they just did. I was coming all the way from buckhead and used an Uber. So a $100 ride coming and going to be turned at the door. Then I couldn’t get an Uber fast enough to take me home on top of that. If you want to be treated like dirt from people with 0 customer service, who shouldn’t even own let alone run a business then be my guest

Took forever! I went twice and left both times because it was ridiculous! Poor communication, arguments with the customers! My anxiety got so bad that I left after waiting a hour (and that was after a wash not including)! I’ve been there once before but there was an older lady and 3 people total. which could have made a difference! But I’m good I won’t be back it was way too much for me

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! ladies i found this place on goolge looking for somewhere quick to go. Upon her finishing my hair she told me that my price was $20 more than what I was originally supposed to pay which was $40 and it says on their sign $40 for all textures and links clearly stated in bold letters. Upon refusing to pay the surprise she stole my card and refused to give it back then trapped me in the store and I had to call the police. Both of the sisters have magical hands. My hair always come out soft and bouncy. I absolutely love them. Every time I come here I get a refreshing wash and a beautiful style. The best Dominican shop I’ve been to in Atlanta. Your hair doesn’t sweat out fast or doesn’t look dry. They actually grew my hair.
