I wouldn’t go back because of how insulted I felt after the manager kept wanting to tell me the prices over and over before I got my nails and toes done. I have been to a lot of nails salons and no one has followed me to my chair to tell me the price over and over to make sure I could pay. If you do decide to go Jada was a nice girl who did my pedicure, she remembered me from last time so I think she even felt a little awkward that the manager kept telling me the price.

I went in to D&D Nails with my mom over an hour before they closed to get a fill in. They started the foil process to remove the nail polish. Another customer came in and they attended her and left the foil on my moms nails for a long time. When they went back to check on her nails the nails were melting. They kept insisting that they could use them but the nails were clearly breaking (they were the consistency of Play-Do). My mom kindly asked them to change the nails but they refused to change them. They said they were about to close and that they had a long drive and wanted to go home. I have never felt the need to write a bad review. I have never experienced such awful customer service at a nail salon. We felt like it was such an inconvinence to them to take an extra 15 mins to fix what was clearly their mistake.

Got my nails done yesterday one has already broke and the paint is chipping off. Since I dont live in the area I asked that I get refunded due to the paint wearing off in less then 12 hours. She refused and said she didnt care what I did wouldn’t give my money back. She ruined my nails. I wouldnt refer my dog to get their nails done at this place. The worst customer service ever. No wonder it only took 25 mins!

I moved to the area 3 years ago and tried a number of places before finding Tracy at D&D nails. Now I won’t let anyone else do my nails. She fixed them when they were a mess and does them about every three weeks. They are the best and worth the wait if they are busy.

This was the first place i went in Canton where they weren’t really rude to me, they were actually very friendly. I got acrylic/gel nails. A young woman with short hair helped me and I knew I wanted designs and stones but I didn’t know how, she was very creative and talented. My nails look awesome and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve tried other places for pedicures, but I’ve found Lisa at D&D to be the best. I’m diabetic so there are considerations that she observes. The water temperature is always right, the cutting is just so, and she always have a smile.

I really wanted to like this place. I just moved to the area and it’s close to my house. My 1st experience (mani/pedi) was great! My 2nd, not so much. I went in for a full acrylic/gel set and a pedi. Pedi was great (as usual). As my pedi was being done an older gentleman started on my nails. From the beginning it didn’t feel right. I showed him multiple pictures of how I was my nails. He applied the acrylic so sloppy. It was a mess. At that point, I showed Tracy and she assured me that he hadn’t filed them yet and it would be ok. He did his filing (filed and burned my skin a couple times) and shaping and it was NOTHING like what I showed him. He asked if it was ok and I told him no. At that point, about 2 hours at the salon, they moved me to Tracy’s station and she attempted to fix my nails. She tried her best to make it better but it’s NOTHING close to what I wanted. At the end she offered to only take $5 off. Over $60 + tip and 2.5 hours later, I left very disappointed and feeling like I inconvenienced them.
