The lady was very rude she said I was very ashy her application was bad it wasn’t even at the cuticle and the owner was rude and laughing when I tried to explain the situation. When I got to the register they tried charging me $100 for a pedicure, when I asked for the receipt they didn’t want to show it to me and when I saw they had added themselves a tip without even notifying me. I also overheard them talking bad about a lady’s toes. The prices are overpriced for bad quality I suggest go to a nail tech for good quality nails and better service. I have literally never had such a pleasant experience with getting my nails done before. This was my first time trying D Crown and I am BEYOND pleased. I believe her name was ‘Van’ and she did my nail exactly how I imagined it. She asked me where to place each little star and moon before placing it and delivered exactly what I asked for. The ladies there do a great job but the owner is very very rude !!!! It ain’t my first time dealing with her rudeness but other than that they do a fantastic job. “Owner turn it down a notch dont be so mean your not superior we make your business successful cause we see your potential but treat us like you appreciate us.
