Highly surprised of end cost, especially after getting initial quote over the phone, then getting there and finding out adding another color increased cost by ~$8.00, not big deal…so expected cost of acrylic nails with 3 colors to be ($55 for acrylics with 2 colors + $8 for 3rd nail color + $25 for changing toenail color), but end total cost was $113 + 20% tip= $133…a bit more than I expected.

Incompetent and overpriced. I had to file my nails when I got home. Sharp edges and looked very unprofessional. The man was more interested in talking on the phone than doing his job. $112.00 plus tip for a mani/pedi. Ridiculous. I’ll never go back.

If you tell her no you can’t then you’re out of luck. They like cash for some reason instead of debit, so you get a discount if you pay that way. I stopped at the bank to get cash and I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and she had already taken another client that she was well into more than 5 minutes. She told me I would have to wait an hour now. I should have been given a courtesy call to see where I was at. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS AT ALL ONLY YOUR MONEY. No loyalty and no integrity. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
