There is a reason why this salon has such great reviews. Karen is a genius when it comes to color. I came in for a color correction- I had an awful, botched job done at a different salon and Karen and the staff worked on my hair for hours until it was perfect! They are kind, accommodating and are truly artists in their craft. Highly recommend!

I have been to this salon before and this was the first time I felt a little taken advantage of. I was receiving a color balance and after the first application, the color did not take to all my hair so the stylist decided to reapply the balance to ensure coverage. Great. When I went to pay – I was charged for 2 color balances, instead of 1. I am disappointed because I don’t feel that 2 color balances were done, the stylist was simply finishing the job of the first one that if she hadn’t, my hair would be left uncompleted. Telling your customer that you will reapply color to cover pieces that didn’t take does not imply that they will be charged twice for the service and frankly, they shouldn’t be charged twice if you need to reapply to do a job correctly.
