Wish they had a zero stars option! Just got a gel mani. From the start you can tell the lady working on my mani had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask for help from a co worker to find out how to take of gel nail polish, even after soaking my nails she was still unaware on how to remove the gel nail polish from my nails, the co worker moved her out the way and removed all the previous color I had. Second she did not know how to clean my cuticles she was doing a horrible job but I continued to give her a chance because we all start somewhere and how bad could it turn out? Third was my last straw! She did not clean under my nails failed horrible trimming my nails and the nail polish was horrible and lumpy. My 6 yr old could of definitely done a better job lol The customer service sucks all they could tell me was come back tomorrow?? Like what? I’m supposed to walking around with lumpy nails??

Such great service attentive kept me comfortable great room temperature quiet relaxing with the serenity of the music great massage they actually give you a massage I got a pedicure I tried the citrus sunrise it was amazing and I got the gel my manicure was done perfectly they definitely know what they’re doing and it was pretty good timing great experience all around truly love this place and will come back again. Thank you!

nail tech ayden said he could do the nails i wanted then he couldn’t so i chose a pink so it can be brighter how i wanted my nails to look then caught an attitude with me. when i went back to complain he got in my face and started calling me a liar saying i didn’t show him the picture of the nails i wanted done. how would he know what i wanted if i didn’t show him a picture? wish i could give a 0 star review.

1 star. 1 star is all they will get for their ridiculous wait time. I understand being busy but I seriously think they just forgot I was sitting with my feet in the water for AN HOUR. When they finally did notice is when I said something. All I went in was for a simple basic Mani/Pedi the work came out lumpy and uneven and to top it all off they charged me $71.00 for it. I voiced that I didn’t think $71 was fair considering I waited so long but they just responded with they charge $3 for gel polish. 3 dollars for what? A FINGER???? 5 Star Nails in Indio is way better service and pricing.
