I’m only giving one star because I had left there crying. The stylist was extremely unprofessional. She cursed a lot. She never even looked at my hair dry. Just shampooed me. When I told her it was completely uneven and there was a legit chunk missing she said “it’s fine trust me. It’s the lighting”. I will NEVER go back. The owner was kind enough to offer to fix my hair but all I wanted was a refund. She said she doesn’t do refunds. I’ve talked to a few others that went to that stylist as well. She might be better off with out her ♀️

I’ve been getting my hair highlighted and cut here for a while, I always love the end result. Atmosphere is awesome, ice tea or water while you’re pampered, everyone’s nice. I’ve also had gel and acrylic nails and they hold up to health care! They’ve recently expanded their services, but I haven’t had the ability to try them.

The reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is because the first time I went the young hair stylist fixed my previous salon done orange hair (different salon), but the second time I saw her for a touch up and more highlights the bleach started leaking from the top foil and burnt my scalp and that was over 2 weeks ago and my scalp is still burnt and oozing. I don’t know what happened. The hairstylist took the foils out ASAP and washed my head down, but I ended up leaving with the side of my head almost white and the top of my head a strange orange/blonde combination. Otherwise, if my scalp didn’t burn to a searing pain I would have gone back.
