I went back to this nail salon after a few years because I needed to get my nails done at the last minute. I was highly dissatisfied with the previous owners so I stopped giving them my business. This nail salon has been under new management for about a year and the service and new staff are great. I’m truly satisfied and wil return.

Amazing!! Anna is the best!!! Funny, entertaining, nice, and great at her job. My friend and I were walk ins that got seen as soon as we walked in (granted it was 3pm on a Tuesday). Prices are reasonable compared to others. Only two people do ombré at that shop but Anna was amazing. I’m indecisive and a little difficult but she was patient and helpful. Found my new favorite nail salon!

Anna I here is the best. Don’t I repeat DO NOT LET THE MALE tech do your nails. He left globs of acrylic under my nails ignored it when he couldn’t remove it. I think he’s the owner. He thined my nails ruin them. I tried to show him what I wanted and he just said yea, yeah with out looking at what I was showing him. That experience was the first time getting my nails done there. This was last week, for an overlay.

Absolutely horrible!! If I could rate it zero stars I would. I came in here for my eyebrows to be waxed and the man who did it, I don’t know his name but he wears glasses and he did an absolutely horrible job!! He literally waxed off the arch of one of my eyebrows and the other one came out too thin. I told him to make one of them the same size and he couldn’t even do that. Now everyday I have to fill in my eyebrows and waste time because he simply didn’t know what he was doing!!! Please please do not get your eyebrows done by him! I regret coming here!!!

Please don’t waste your time doing here even if the service was free. First off the owner is rude and when i showed him what i wanted he flat out said no can’t do it choose something else then when i showed him another design he laughed as if it was going on his nails! the girl that did my pedi must of been in training or something because she definitely cut my toe skin and it started bleeding. my gel pedi chipped that same night! i just paid and went elsewhere to do my mani. this place is a mess and absolute worst DO NOT GO!

Critical: QualityWhile at D’Amour Nails, the technician Anna was very rough with my hands. I told her she was being rough and my hands are not puppet’s hands. I’m not sure if she did not hear or understand me. She continued to handle my hands roughly. While I was washing my hands, the same nail tech decided to change the towel rack beside me, leaving the rack out. As I went to walk back to my seat, the open towel rack scratched my leg. When I brought this to her attention, she began laughing. The black polish that she put on my nails wasn’t polished on the sides. I asked her to polish the sides. A different nail tech polished my nails to get the sides. This layer however did not dry completely and ended up peeling off my nails the same night. The black girl, Unique, I believe her name is, did help me when my purse and water fell on the floor.
