Extremely disappointed! Went in today while visiting my sister from Michigan it’s my birthday so we thought that we’d do something special together. Well this was a very disappointing experience!! I left with glue and dust all over my fingers, I ² to pay 5.00 more for the exact same service as my sister. My cuticles and fingers are all cut up. Her nails are lifted and not shaped. The guy working there was taking photos of a customer who had dozed off, the lady who did mine thought it was ok to video chat with her family while “filing” my nails. And then they acted like my payment method of credit card wasn’t good enough and that we should bring cash, its better for them. And no cuticle oil or lotion to help with the peeling and torn skin that they created!! Never again!! Very rude, acted like we were an inconvenience on their socializing.

Wonderful job! Make sure to book an appointment as there are currently only two nail techs… Based upon prior reviews, I avoided this place for many months however today I thought I would pop in and as luck would have it they had a no-show and were able to get me in for a mani/pedi. Really thrilled to finally find a place nearby where I can get my nails done properly. The pedicure was exceptional!!!

showed them a picture of what i wanted and they didn’t even give me the exact thing. not that i was even complicated whatsoever. the lady was not bad but didn’t say a single word. i get my nails done all the time and this is by far the most outrageous nail salon i’ve ever been to. charged me 92$ for a FILL IN which absolutely blew my mind. the next day it just falls off?? like what? utterly insane! will be going back to get it repaired !!!

Very long wait even though we had an appointment. Crowded with not enough seats for waiting customers. Employees acted annoyed by the fact I only wanted polish. My nails looked okay, but the polish didn’t even stay on two days before half of it chipped off. My friends acrylics did look very nice, so maybe they just don’t like doing more simple requests. I may get acrylics done there, but I won’t go back for just a manicure
