Had an appointment for two mani pedis. Myself and my daughter, 10 years old. I’d requested that we be side by side and at the same time. They always say no problem but they never do it which is irritating but I always let it slide. This time I requested it when the appointment was made and reminded them again when we got there that it was important. My daughter was started 20 minutes before me. They switched nail technicians on both of us in the middle of the pedicures. (Ridiculously unprofessional) They kept attending to people coming in with no appointment. It felt extremely rushed. And my daughters pedicure and manicure was completed before my pedicure was even finished. I didn’t stay for the manicure because I didn’t want my daughter sitting by herself for thirty minutes waiting for mine to be done. It was supposed to be a special day for us. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Why bother making an appointment.

My hands look nice but my pedicure felt rushed and my cuticles were cut dry and my feet only soaked for 5mins in scolding water. My feet feel scaly and dry and I did not have a good exfoliation since it was a quick one… so im not posting a picture of that. But the place is clean and pretty. I paid 100 bucks for sns French and gel manicure with a tip. Its more expensive than im used to but its still good. My nail did crack only 10hrs after the manicure just by opening my door. But they fixed it quick even with a busy store. So it was nice.

Was dismissed today 2-11 and told to come back 45mins-1hour or even tomorrow because they were busy even though I had an appointment. I booked the appointment on their online booking system like I’ve been doing for awhile now and I booked this a few days 2-9 in advance. I told the worker that and they repeated that they were busy. I get it, the weekdays have less staff compared to the weekdays but it could’ve been handled differently. I’ve gone during the weekday before and never had an issue. Need to consider those that make appointments especially on their online system and plan accordingly. I thought that was really rude and unprofessional how it was handled. I’ve been coming to this salon for awhile now and loved it. Ended up saying nevermind and “cancelling the appointment” and finding a different salon. Really upset.
