Cyn Was absolutely amazing. She’s very professional, she is very understanding, she takes time in her work! My face feels absolutely amazing! Not only was I running 40 minutes late but she was still able to fit me into her schedule and take her time on doing my micro dermabrasion and skin tightening. She’s very professional and very conversational. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I was having such a horrible day when I arrived and she really turned my day around. Cindy is really good at what she does, unfortunately on my last appointment I was very disappointed because after driving over an hour to see her i had to leave without getting my service because she didn’t have time for me even though I had a appointment scheduled For that day( I texted her the morning of my appointment to confirm) she was more concerned on taking care of a new client that had an appointment after me. Shes a little unorganized when I comes to schedules.

While I think Cyn is a nice person, when you own a business as I do, it is your responsibility to understand that the consumer, whose money you take deserve to get what they pay for. There are a few issues I have but I’ll stick to the most important. I had an appointment with Cyn, and I drove almost an hour away, I get there and the door is locked, so I wait because I’ve waited before no big deal…20 mins in and now I’m not understanding the delay so I texted her, to see what was going on and that I’ve been waiting 20 mins, and she proceeds to text me she had a family issue and she called all her clients to let them know she wouldn’t be in with, so I’m thinking well I was on your books and didn’t receive a call or text. So, either she is a very inconsiderate person, or she has a bad scheduling issue. I believe it’s the latter. She seems to over book herself a lot, not understanding in doing that, you hurt some relationships with your customers, no one wants to pay the same as everyone else and be treated without professional consideration, when you’re a new client she’s all about you, but once you buy her package you really dwindle down in terms of customer service. She did apologize to be fair. So, suffice to say I didn’t get my service, and let me just add all my service were pre-paid. Moving along when I came back to Florida from handle important business I texted her I was in town and wanted to set up and appointment. She read the text the same day, but 9 days later still no response so I texted her that I would like a partial refund for services I did not receive, and I was told for the first time since I’ve been a customer which hasn’t been long “I don’t do refunds” and I quote. The lesson here is anyone else thinking of doing a 6, 8 or any number package DON’T. Pay as you go. I told her to donate the treatments to someone who might want them, because in the end the message is by principal, its not good business practice as a business owner myself to treat consumers that way in any fashion. People work hard for their money, and trust that you will do right by them period!!! Because of this experience I WILL NEVER PRE-PAY FOR ANY SERVICES AGAIN!!
