Critical: QualityTerrible colorists! Started with Bridgett wanted an ash brown color, what I got was a reddish orange color. She said she couldn’t fix it right away I’d have to wait a couple of weeks and she would have a more experienced colorist fix it. 2 weeks turned into a month and I finally got in to see Joy. Well Joy gave me the exact same reddish orange color only more of it!! I told both of them I did not want any type of red in my hair!! I tried telling them they would have to strip my hair of color and add color back in apparently doing something like this is beyond their abilities or it’s simply laziness. I have seen women all over town with this red/orange tint in their hair. I thought they had done it themselves I never even considered it was the stylist’s here!! The shop was clean and nicely decorated. Joy’s slovenly appearance and work station made me a bit hesitant but, she was supposed to know what she was doing.
