Fantastic experience! I got an acrylic set fixed and reshaped and painted with a mood gel color. Also got my eyebrows waxed. These lady’s are amazing. Love my nails! You HAVE to go here, it’s a bit busy! But you have to go. Best place.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDONT EVER GO HERE. NO! their acrylics took off all my REAL nails. I’m in so much pain. don’t ever go here. they are not professional. Acrylics aren’t meant to destroy your nails or take them off. Never ever again. Go to Gossip nails or even LIxury. This is the worst i’ve ever been. PS- this is my last nail that’s still on my finger.

The people are great but service is horrible and unprofessional. They were understaffed the time I went with two of my friends. I wouldn’t have minded waiting until my turn but there were two nail technicians working on the three of us simultaneously. They were very fast and sloppy with their work. We wanted small simple hearts for designs and they were sloppy and misshapen. Cyndi and the guy were rushing and went fast with us. I have no clue why because there was no one else waiting to get done. Will never come again.

If I could give no stars I would. The first time they did my nails they didn’t paint the sides and it looked very outgrown at the beginning. Came back here again to give another chance and made sure to speak up about that. Cyndi totally misunderstood what I was saying, and talked over me not letting me convey what I wanted and then proceeded to tell me I was driving her crazy and to just look up at the TV. Very poor customer service and very surprised she as the owner would speak to someone like that. Left very upset and will not return.

Rushed gel nail service and poor results. I told them I wasn’t happy. They tried to fix it after but it still wasn’t great. I think it depends on what nail tech you get.

Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could add pictures I would. I’m extremely disappointed with with my acrylic nails!! Not even 48 hours passed and my nails are extremely disgusting… my nails are supposed to be white/clear now they are brown and look like I work as a mechanic! I showed her a picture and they did NOT look like the picture I wanted. I’m embarrassed of them I am making an appointment to remove them somewhere else.
