Great experience! I’ve been in several large box saunas, but this is different. It’s much more relaxing, and hot! It feels like I just sweat the stress right out of my body. All of the other health benefits are a nice perk too. I highly recommend trying it out.

I was very excited to discover CYL Sauna Studio in Kansas City and had a great couple of first experiences. Unfortunately, I referred a friend to the sauna who ended up with second degree burns as a result of her experience. While the fact that this happened was upsetting enough, the way that the clearly inexperienced business owner handled this situation, without expressing any regret, a promise to inspect the equipment to see if there was a malfunction, or treating my referral with any kind of customer care was quite disturbing.
