Ive had nothing but bad salon experiences until i went here. My sister took me here to get my hair styled for my wedding. I love the atmosphere and the people there are great. It’s welcoming and you just feel relaxed. Vincent was my stylist for my wedding day and I loved my hair. I have thick, curly hair. And made the mistake of relaxing it a few weeks before going there which left it just ugh. I left with smooth, bouncy, soft hair. Couldn’t tell me nothing!!! Now I cannot wait for him to do my locs for me and highly recommend this salon.

I’m a TDY to benning and I found this place online with pretty good reviews. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I had an appointment for 1130 and was not seen until 1210. My by 1330, over 2 hours later, my hair had not even been blow dried and my stylist was working with someone else. Finally when I asked how long it would be before she started on my hair, she told me that she had to flat iron and style someone else and then she’d get to me. I told her that I did not want to spend over 4 hours on a Saturday just to get my hair trimmed. Then I told her I was ready to leave. I was not aware that I was double booked which is why things were moving so slowly. That’s bad customer service. Before you go here ensure that you’re not sharing your stylist with other customers at that same time period.

They are a very good place to go if you have natural hair! I haven’t got to go for a while but I love them they will help you with anything! My favorite stylist there is Andy but I am not sure if he works there anymore they are all very good and very professional. 🙂
