We scheduled my son’s first haircut here. The saline is very nice and tastefully decorated. The staff was genuinely caring and accommodating. Lynn was awesome with my son. I have no idea how she got him to be still. They gave us a lock of his hair and a first hair cut certificate. I can’t see us going anywhere else. My only regret was not getting an after photo to upload. Nevertheless his hair is perfect, just what we asked for. THANK YOU!!!

We have been going to this place for my daughter’s haircut since she was a baby 4 years ago. We liked it until today when the receptionist refused to give us an appointment for her hair cut. She said they were a walk- in place and would not accept reservations if we did not have a regular stylist. I said it doesn’t matter who cuts her hair since she’s 4. We would be happy with anyone. She still would not give us an appointment and told us to just walk in, which we had done earlier in the day (we waited for over 10 min and no one even came to check us in so we left to call and make an appointment). She was incredibly rude and demeaning. Clearly loyalty means nothing to this company. We will never be going here again.

Nasty person working there just found out she’s the boss’s daughter what a surprise. That’s the only reason she’s still there nasty disposition never Smiles tells you to sit down even if you don’t want to. She refused to do my hair because I made a comment about her brushing my hair and then putting the same brush back in the drawer. Makes me wonder how many times they use that same brush without washing the person’s hair and putting it back in the drawer . I thought it was very unsanitary and said so. She decided that she wasn’t comfortable cutting my hair and actually refused to cut my hair so I will go back on the day when I know that the other person I like very well we’ll be there.
