Both of my perms were a very good experience. The owner herself is wonderful, she gave me just what I was looking for, some beautiful curls.Also I have to mention her staff who are very nice and talented. I have had 2 spiral perms done with this hair salon, they made me feel welcome and they also take the time to listen to what you’re asking for. Both of my perms were a very good experience. Took their time to explain everything but didn’t take forever to take everything off! And they get evvverryythhinngg….. I tried calling a few spas to get a waxing appointment in and I’m glad no one had room for me! These ladies were awesome. Took their time to explain everything but didn’t take forever to take everything off! And they get evvverryythhinngg….. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a client at the Cutting Zone for 3 yrs and I did not realize just how fantastic they are and how much I missed them until all this Covid 19 shutdown!!I moved back to MA. And settled in New Bedford 3yrs ago and was desperate to find a good hair stylist and a good salon! I read so many good reviews about the salon that I decided to give them a try. I originally made an appointment with Annmarie the owner and initially she was my hairstylist she was awesome and did such a good job I continued to return to the salon. I eventually had the opportunity to have Jasmine do my hair. She is absolutely fantastic with color, cutting waxing everything!!!!! I have never left this salon unhappy with my hair!!! The salon is the cleanest salon I have ever been in and now with the Covid it’s 100 times cleaner if you could imagine that!!I can’t say enough good things about the salon it is filled with good friendly professional and knowledgeable hairstylist who listen to their customers and do their best to give them exactly what they want!! I am so thankful that they are back open I went there today and I left feeling better than I felt in months! I so totally recommend the salon to everyone and anyone who is looking for a hairstylist I just want to change. They really are as good as good gets!!P.S.
