Critical: Professionalism, QualityReceived a haircut from Susan.went in with mid back length hair and asked for layers and curtain bangs to be put in without losing a lot of length. She took one look at my picture, completely disregarded it and decided SHE wanted to focus on all of my “dead hair” and cut off about 6 inches worth of hair, my hair is now collar bone length.
