I went in today first chair on the left dude did horrible he charged me 26 which was fine but i noticed he was going way to fast as i cashapped him the money i turned my front camera on to look at my hair my hairline was not straight at all i went back in to tell him wsp and he attemped to fix it but it still aint fix anything but it’s cool tho.

I just had my first bad experience with the cutting room. Historically I go there and Pierre hooks my boys up every time with a fresh cut. And from time to time I’ve gone to other Barbers and they’ve also done well. However tonight I don’t know what was going on in that shop. Was constantly on the phone, had to step out and handle some kind of business outside for 15 minutes. Came back had to get back on the phone. Apologize and then began cutting my 6 year old’s hair. All seen well until the final product and the right side of the lineup was way off. He began to attempt to fix it only to begin to push the lineup up the my boy’s head. If my boy didn’t have pictures in the morning I would not have even ventured out here without Pierre being there. But this was by far the worst cut I’ve ever had for my boys at this establishment. Won’t be coming back unless I know Pierre is available.

I don’t normally write about my experience but this was bad. They wasn’t able to give me a price on the what I needed done. (No prices list) They based their prices of off looking at what was on my fingers, which is totally silly not only that they charged me $15 to remove gel polish off my toes . My nails wasn’t shaped and filed properly or to my satisfaction and the actual polish that was done on my fingers was completely messed up and I was embarrassed to look at my hands. I will NEVER EVER return even if all nail shops went out of business!!!!

I came in on Wednesday evening to get a gel pedicure, a fill with gel polish and my eyebrows done. Nobody was on the same page regarding the price and the man that did my pedicure didn’t seem familiar with using gel my polished chipped on Friday. The lady who did my nails seemed like she wasn’t use to doing long nails and she rushed the gel and her shaping made my nails look weird. My nails look lumpy. I will not go back for any services other than eyebrows! Gel pedicure 37.00 fill with gel polish 32.00 +3.00 to take off gel 35.00 never again!

I used to reside in Portsmouth and have moved to Virginia Beach. Where I reside now is over 30 minutes away or so depending on traffic. When we moved my brother in law began cutting my sons hair since we were closer to him but he has since moved to Texas. I tried repeatedly to find closer barbers after he left that were about their business, craft and their money. Since I was unsuccessful I just said forget it. I just decided to make the sacrifice and take the 30 minute drive back to where I know I will have peace of mind and a barber always available to provide great service in a timely manner!

I have been here several times now. I have always left with a good looking haircut, but today soured my perception of this place. I was somehow charged $17 for a fade. When I inquired as to why, they said fade and beard costs that much. I have never in my life had a beard…if I go back it won’t be sitting in the second chair on the right.
