Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is incredible – I had no idea what I was missing! Cutting Loose (and Christina) came highly recommended by a friend when I was scoping out a new hairstylist. The salon is clean and sophisticated, and not overwhelmed with hair stylists or customers – maybe a symptom of covid – but I appreciated the calm, quiet environment to relax after work.I had a consultation to talk through what I’ve done to my hair in the past, my lifestyle and what I wanted to accomplish now (going dark after years of blonde). I left my first appointment feeling better about my hair than I have in years, for much less than I was paying another salon for the same service. I’m honestly still a bit in shock over how perfectly Christina translated my vision into the end result. It’s worth noting I had (and usually have) extremely high expectations with my hair. The vibrant color is better than anything I could ever try to describe and my hair is soft, smooth and shiny. The cut makes my hair fall in this perfect, voluminous way that I’ve always wanted but never knew how to explain.It’s also a huge plus that Christina has a great personality so being in the chair felt like I was catching up with a close friend.
