I went to get my ends trimmed since I was recommended by two people. I had Taylor and she was very nice and did a very good job trimming my ends however I don’t think she was too comfortable with my hair since it’s really thick. Would be even more awesome if they had someone more trained on styling ethnic hair. Overall I liked my experience.

I went in on Saturday May 19th to get my hair layered and trimmed. I walked in and I was half way greeted. One hairstylist was working with a customer and she told me another hairstylist would be out in a second. They were on lunch. No problem. I took a seat and waited only for 2 minuets. When the hairstylist did come out she did not attempt to greet or give me half of a smile. I said hey how are you she just looked at me no reply. I say hey how are you again and again she just looked at me no reply. So i immediately felt my service wasn’t needed. I let the rude young lady cut my hair anyway which was a huge mistake. I hated the 10 minuet haircut I was given. It was horrible. I wasted my time going there and I won’t be returning. Jennifer didn’t put any effort into cutting my hair. After she finished she didn’t even get the blow dryer and blow the cut hair off of me. I stood there and wiped it off myself. Better customer service is needed there ASAP.

I have used Cuttin Loose 3 yrs. & Mary is the beautician I use. Mary is so sweet, always goes out of her way to help her customers and does an awesome job, always. Everyone that I have met here are so nice and do great jobs. Love you girls, keep it up. O yeah, and my hair looks great too.! Lol
