No professional at all. I called them about my hair to be wash straight and cut. when I came in the salon I showed them my hair again to make sure they can give me a service, when I sat down after 10min she told me about another story, she don’t have a products and she don’t deal with the black hair

Went here for the first time and won’t be returning. I came to get my daughters haircut and the stylist Monica rushed through the haircut and was very impatient with my 3 year old who isn’t very fond of getting her haircut. I showed her what I wanted done and she didn’t even try to attempt it…just gave her a trim and called it good. You might have better luck with another stylist after reading other reviews about her or another establishment all together.

I ♡ my haircut. The staff were super friendly. I will definitely be returning. They have special deals. Such as Wednesday is $5 off a cut, so that’s exciting. They don’t force products on you. We went over what I had in my mind and we both reached the conclusion. I’ve included a before and after. Kiersten (sp?) was wonderful!

Came to get haircuts for my two toddler boys and they have many long hairs left the whole way around their heads and hair that stands up now on the crown. When I commented about this to the one stylist after my older son’s haircut, she said it was fine and just the way it was blow dried which is not the case. Even after bathing, the hair sticks up. I don’t know if their tools are shoddy or the haircut was just rushed but either way we won’t be returning. Other actual barber shops charge less and do a much better job. Will drive farther away for a better haircut next time.

I was on a the hunt for a new salon, after seeing the positive reviews and reasonable prices online, I decided to give this one a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated right away. Amber was my stylist (I got a wash/cut/style for $24.95) She did an excellent job with my bangs which are sometimes hard to get right. I am really satisfied with my haircut! Given the prices and the quality of the service, I will be coming back to Amber!

Cutting impressions is a very clean and professional salon! When I go to get my hair or a wax done they are always very friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your service. I have never had a reason to complain about any of the staff members they are all wonderful! You all do a great job!

Positive: ProfessionalismI have been going to this salon for almost 30 years. Before Debbie took over a man named Carl had owned/ran the place ( It was called Fantastic Sams) We have 4 sons and our youngest (Gage) who is now 25 still goes there as do I and my husband. (our sons had their first hair cuts at this building) We only had one bad experience there. Actually I can’t even say it was a bad experience. I got a perm and some of the perm didn’t take at the top. I went home and waited a few days to see how it would look once it relaxed. I went back and they redid the top for me . We have seen some of the same girls in there for years. Everyone in there has ALWAYS been very respectful to our family and that’s why we continue to keep going back.I have been going to this salon for almost 30 years.
