Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband surprised me with a hair appointment with Andrea this past Saturday July 25th. I came in with a picture of what I had in mind and Andrea decided to do my hair her own way. I wanted my hair to be as natural looking as possible and she did the complete opposite. It is now very blonde while I am a natural brunette. I am not very happy with this look. Andrea also purposely over charged me $65. I was given an incomplete partial highlight and was charged for a full highlight lowlight. That is a $40 difference. She also charged me $25 for a haircut that should have automatically been included totaling a $65 overcharge. After a few days of back and forth I was finally able to get my money back but only to be treated poorly by Andrea and called a scammer. I am very disappointed in the way I was allowed to be treated by her in front of a guest and the owner. Also after talking to an actual professional I learned it is going to cost around $70 just for them to get my hair back to a workable state to get my hair the way I originally wanted it. Super bad experience for me. I will not be back. And do NOT recommend Andrea to anyone.
