I don’t usually take the time to review businesses but I had such a great experience I felt the need to share. Cutting Edge Salon is one of a kind. The owner is a great guy who made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great cut. I received several compliments that day alone. Nicole does an amazing job as well. Hands down best salon! I have been going to Nicole for cut and color for 2 years now. I came in after someone botched my head. She fixed not only the cut but the color. This is a wonderful salon! Everyone is talented, friendly, funny and such a warm and welcoming environment! Nicole has magic hands and Mike give my son the best haircuts, hands down! It’s so hard to get a great cut for a boy with curly hair! If my husband had hair he would go there too! My only wish..wish it were closer to me, but it’s worth the travel time!

Ever since coming to the salon multiple years ago with a bad hair emergency I needed quickly fixed before a business trip, I will only go to Cutting Edge for my cut, color and extensions (which last multiple months beyond what they would at the 3 other salons I used in the city and Long Island). I have never received more compliments on my hair than I have since working with Nicole. On top of that the atmosphere in the salon is so welcoming and fun. Never did I expect to find a Manhattan quality salon in Northern Westchester! Ever since coming to the salon multiple years ago with a bad hair emergency I needed quickly fixed before a business trip, I will only go to Cutting Edge for my cut, color and extensions (which last multiple months beyond what they would at the 3 other salons I used in the city and Long Island). I have never received more compliments on my hair than I have since working with Nicole. On top of that the atmosphere in the salon is so welcoming and fun. Nicole, Mike and staff are consummate professionals that go above and beyond to make their clients feel at home – even clearing out a room for me one time so I could take important business call – they are just the best!

The staff were all so welcoming as was the owner. My stylist Nicole transformed me. I have never received so many compliments! I started going to Nicole about 7 years ago, and have NOT wavered. She has done so many different styles on my hair and always has great suggestions! I trust her completely and will usually say “ do whatever you want” and it always comes out amazing. The staff as a whole is always friendly and courteous and treats everyone with respect. My husband has been going to Mike for about 15 years now, and both my kids also get their hair done at the salon. It’s a family Affair! In all actuality that’s what they make you feel like when you walk in the door. Whether your new or not they are always interested in you and enjoy the talks with each client.
