Totally disappointed. I was under the impression the stylist understood exactly what I wanted. However, the end result was dreadful. I asked for a few sun kissed highlights and ended up with most of my hair bleached and burned to a crisp. My hair has never looked and felt so damaged. I had to go to another salon to get it cut (super short) and on top of that, I’ve been paying a lot of money for hair repair products and treatments in an effort to get my hair back to a healthy stage again, as it was before this nightmare.
