Did not have an appointment. Arrived at 9 AM when they opened. Nobody was waiting to get their haircut. There were several stylist waiting for their appointment. Still would not take me to cut my hair. They turned away business when they had none.

HOLYY LORDD I have NEVER had such a terrible experience literally anywhere!! Craziest part about it is my complaint is about the manager SHARON. That lady.. after talking to me about how I want my bangs done and how I wear my hair (middle part with already existing cascading side bangs) and I just want a trim, she chopped straight across my forehead (curtain bangs!) No blending, the chop wasn’t even at allll, now I’m left with a crooked front that strongly resembles what I did to myself during a middle school meltdown. I didn’t let her finish and she still charged me $100 for me to walk out of that salon SOBBING! I even called back confused as to why I was still charged so much and she argued with me and was rude on the phone!
