This review is based on the one time I took my teen son there and his hair was completely butchered! The stylist was terribly rude and distant. She clearly did not listen to a thing my son had asked for, same longer style cut he already had but cleaned up a bit. I panicked when she went straight down the middle of his head with the clippers and his hair was gone! When I asked what she was doing, she defensively stated that’s what he asked for! There was no going back and no fixing it so she had to finish. I was furious and my son was humiliated. The buzz was choppy and my toddler could’ve done a better job! Needless to say I was not paying for such service and took my son elsewhere to have it at least look professional.

Short wait time of 10 minutes. They take people on first come basis. Sign in with name and time. I got a men’s regular haircut. The lady did a great job and was very friendly. Cost was $15.00 and I tossed in a tip for her. Overall a pleasant experience, in and out under a half hour. Next to Price Chopper in Norwich.

I love going to the Norwich shop. Every time I go in they great me with smiles and know what i want. I have really curly hair and they do a great job cutting and styling. They show me how to style it. I go to Rikkann and she know what i like. I never have to wait long and if they are really busy they are great to let you know the wait and or give you a time frame to when they can get to you. All of the girl that work there are so friendly and talk to you. love going there.

Not as good as they used to be. Went in Saturday for a haircut, was told they are closing in a half hour and they were done for the day. Ok, came back Wednesday and was turned away first thing in the morning. This time I was told appointment only, ok. Instead of offering to make an appointment the employees went back to playing on their phones. Both visits there was no customers and they turned me away instead of helping.

Used to be decent for a cheap fast haircut, now overpriced and just a waste of time. Went in for the same haircut I’ve had for years, gave the exact description of the haircut I gave to every other person ever to cut my hair, and received a nearly Marine level of buzz cut for my efforts. The woman was unapologetic, tried to claim that’s what I asked for, then made it worse trying to fix it until I’d had enough of the massacre and went to the manager. The manager stood silent and stone faced while her abusive employee yelled at me about what a professional career she’s had at cutting hair, and I was the first complaint ever. Unless she only cut hair for the corpse at a funeral, I find that unlikely. The manager was equally as unapologetic. When I asked for a receipt, they decided not to charge me. If that’s not an admission of wrong doing, I don’t know what is. If you like your hair, avoid this place as if it was radioactive, worst haircut ever, including the one I gave myself when I was 3 years old.

Absolutely awful I grew my hair out for a little over a year after donating it for 3rd time. When I went here to have it TRIMMED and relayered the lady with short dark brown hair completely BUTCHERED it!!!!! My bangs were at the top of my fore head. The layers if you call it that looks like 3 different cuts going shorter each time. Straight cuts and a long bottom! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!

Very expensive… 75 dollars to curl hair and 60 dollars to style my daughter’s hair. Wal-Mart was only 35 dollars for each. I learned my lesson, ask price first. I asked for a price afterwards and the ladies got together and said that they can charge whatever they want since they styled the hair. Made up prices.
