If you want a bowl dropped on your head and someone to cut around it this place is for you! Another problem is a manager they have there. She seems to go between Dansville and Hornell. What a snobby woman she is. She cut my hair once, didn’t really say anything to me because she was too busy yelling at the other employees, her skills are mediocre at best. I cant remember her name but I know it starts with K. Avoid her, she’s rude! Will never go back there.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had asked for a 1 all the way up on my to my hair line. I received a 1 up to about 2 inches under my hairline on both sides. Then was given a hard part on this new fake hairline so I can’t even fix it if I wanted to. I’m very disappointed and have never been more self conscious about my hair/head.

Hands down the worst hair cut I have received, Twice! I have a hard time believing that any of them have hair cutting credentials other than from a Chinese online University. So heed my warning and don’t bring your children or yourself to those butchers! Give your business to local hair place and support your community. Google made me put one star or I wouldn’t even give them that!
