Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhen I went to Doria to get my highlights redone, I was kind of in denial of my hair and the shape it was in. Doria and Sonny talked to me for about a half hour and explained to me in detail if I really want healthy hair what I need to do. I was so thankful for their honesty and warmness I knew I was in good hands and I trusted them. Needles to say I was more than pleased with the outcome and I definitely recommend anyone who is considering going to The Cutting Crew to don’t hesitate and go!! the staff is so friendly, the salon is clean and everyone is so professional!! When I went to Doria to get my highlights redone, I was kind of in denial of my hair and the shape it was in. Doria and Sonny talked to me for about a half hour and explained to me in detail if I really want healthy hair what I need to do. I was so thankful for their honesty and warmness I knew I was in good hands and I trusted them. Every time I need to feel better as a woman I schedule my appointment and not only do I walk out with beautiful hair but I’m always revitalized with positive energy. The ladies are expert stylists with personalities of Gold. I always believe a salon is a place where us women go to escape & seek that special “me time,” which is why the Cutting crew salon & staff have such a special place in my heart. By the way, The amount of compliments & positive feedback on my hair has really been testimony on the exceptional skill level! I just moved from Maine and I was really nervous about getting my hair done by someone new (I’ve had the same stylist since I was in middle school), but Sonny was so great. I noticed my coworker had a new haircut that made her hair fall naturally into a nice style. Whoever cut her hair has talent and skill, so I asked her what salon she went to, and who to ask for. I made the appointment and started searching Pinterest and google for ideas to show Sonny, the stylist. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I went hoping that Sonny would have some suggestions. Best move ever! Sonny had lots of ideas and advice. She took time to look at the shape of my face, and the length and thickness of my hair and then she showed me pictures of styles that would look great on me. She gave me a beautiful style and instructions on how to do it at home. I needed that! How to dry it and then how to curl it. Besides Sonny, the other employees are very professional and friendly. I feel comfortable there. My next visit I tried a new color. Again, I didn’t know what to chose. Sonny looked at the undertone of my skin and made a perfect suggestion. I love my color and cut! I was looking to try a different salon and had been putting off finding one. I noticed my coworker had a new haircut that made her hair fall naturally into a nice style. Whoever cut her hair has talent and skill, so I asked her what salon she went to, and who to ask for.
