Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI absolutely LOVE this salon, and everyone I have sent here have all had excellent service as well! Even when my mom comes into town, she has to stop in and get a cut. Jessica is a pro at highlights!! I’ve never had anyone be as meticulous as she is with foils, and I’m always pleased with the outcome. She doesn’t give you anything other than her best work, and it shows! This shop is clean and inviting, and that adds to a relaxing salon visit. I absolutely LOVE this salon, and everyone I have sent here have all had excellent service as well! Even when my mom comes into town, she has to stop in and get a cut. Jessica is a pro at highlights!! I’ve never had anyone be as meticulous as she is with foils, and I’m always pleased with the outcome. Critical: QualitySorry to report extremely upset and unsatisfied with the color and style results from Cindy. Tried to embrace the Grey for a a while but noooo. Made the appointment with Cindy, she was the only one available “Red Flag” but thought maybe she had a cancelation. I told her 2 things I did not want didn’t want it dark and no brassy red.. Ended up with everything I ask not to happen. I had to go to a memorial service out of town in 2 days and the color was soo bad I couldn’t go with what I had. I called around frantically to other salons to please help correct the problem. Shout out to Venue in Lakeland for quick professional response. Made it to my best friends memorial. Sorry to report extremely upset and unsatisfied with the color and style results from Cindy. Tried to embrace the Grey for a a while but noooo.
