She made me feel so comfortable as soon as we began talking. I had brought photos of what I wanted and she was polite and listened to what I wanted. I go here approximately every 2 to 3 months for a simple hair cut. I do not require any complicated manipulation of my hair, it is just a haircut. I have been going to this establishment for at least 3 years. I am totally happy with the quality of the haircuts that I receive. There are perhaps 5 women and 1 man providing services. There is a mix of mainly adult females and males and even small children coming in for haircuts and permanents and coloring for the adult women. The establishment is always very busy when I have been there. It is popular and I and a large number of other people are pleased with the service they receive. All the employees are very friendly and nice. The same woman always cuts my hair but other women there always say hello. I have NEVER heard any person complain when I have been there.
