Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMe and my son love Serena. She’s amazing! I have curly hair, and find it hard to find someone to cut it right. She always gives me what I ask for!!! She’s always very professional! I recommend her to everyone I know! My son has been going to her for all of his haircuts! At first he was very scared. She was EXTREMELY PATIENT!! She’s always so patient with my son! He is very sensitive to noises! So she made accommodations, and would take the time to cut his hair with scissors vs clippers to make him more comfortable! Even through the tantrums, and screaming she never once had an attitude (which I’ve had hairdressers do with other people’s kids) never got upset at all! She’s always very positive! And always has a smile on her face!! We all love her! You won’t regret it! It’s a very clean environment! Very soothing! My Mom called Tuesday morning and they gave her a appointment at 1130 same day. It is a very well maintained salon and easy access for elderly. She loves her hair cut and so glad to find this one. Close and prices are very reasonable. 5 stars for this place!!!!!!?!
