I was a loyal customer to this Barbershop for a long time. Unfortunately my Barber moved to Florida. He told me to talk to a guy named Vic at the South Jordan location. I tried to call and make an appointment they said they couldn’t do so and that I had to get online. After going online I found that I had to put in a credit card number when I always pay in cash. This shop has lost its customer service and personal experience! Unfortunately they have lost my business as well

I don’t normally review places but tried Cutthroat for the first time and went in for just a beard trim. Seemed the barbers were more worried about talking to eachother than acknowledging I was there. I also found it strange that I did not get asked what I was looking for, he just started trimming my beard. Xavier did a good, not great, job and aside from the uneven cut, he was a super super cool dude.

Place looks good and probably has decent barbers but the one guy who cut my hair was more interested in talking to the other barbers and then telling me he was vegan within 5 minutes of sitting down and then about where he gets his tattoos done at. Granted he wasn’t the original person I booked with because the other barber called in the morning of and she couldn’t do it.. the whole time he was talking to other barbers and about his tattoos instead of focusing on my cut! Haircut was 3 out of 5

Mike and his team have always delivered top notch services. I’ve been coming to Mike since 2016 and eventually worked into doing his media. I’ve never been to a barbershop where I could expect the same results every time. With Cutthroat and Mike Canales I got exactly that. An enjoyable flawless haircut every time I went in. Which for a while there was every other week for 2 years, never missing a beat.
