I was in desperate need of a fresh cut for an interview the next day, I’m new to the area and knew of no barbers, so I reached out to Mike at Cutters Gentlemen’s Lounge and explained my situation. He came in on his day off to give me a Fresh cut (After all dress to impress) and boy was it a good one! not only was the customer service awesome but the lounge was welcoming and I can tell it has a great atmosphere!

This was our 3rd time visiting this shop. This will definitely be the last. We walked in at 11:30ish, when 2 pm came no one had even said hello nor acknowledged us waiting. I can understand being busy and I can understand when other ppl have appointments but when you have 5-6 barbers cutting, the wait shouldn’t be that long. And even if it is a long wait, at least acknowledge all customers and let them know, “hey we are quite busy, but we will be with you shortly”. One of the main barbers, first chair on the left when you walk in, heard me complaining about the long wait and still didn’t say anything. He called the next person(that arrived way after we did) to his chair, and walked out the door to the store next door to get a drink. Lack of customer service. Thought it would be good, since it’s in Forney. Even when we got up to walk out no one said anything, didn’t try to stop us, or ask us anything. Some BOBs you just can’t support, because they feel as if they are doing the community a favor, but not realizing that, without the community support their business won’t last. Needless to say, I went about a mile down the street and got in and out within 30-40 mins. And they were super busy as well.

Husband had Mr. Mike clean up his sides. Excellent, quick service and everyone is friendly. And their (free) massage chairs!! Husband will be a regular (and me sometimes too for the chairs).They take walk-ins and appointments.
