Came here last month for a haircut because I didn’t want to wait a week for my haircut at my usual barbershop. The owner whom was my barber, Bill, was nice, but if you want a more modern look, he may not be for you. I asked for a skin fade and even though he went tight on the sides and back, it was not completely down to the skin as I wanted. I understand that because he’s old and the only guys who went that short when he started barbering were men in the military. He also didn’t even do a straight razor finish on the neck. This is probably because the only services he offers now are haircuts which tells me he’s probably planning to retire in a few years. On the upside, I assume this shop is better than Great Clips, though I haven’t gone to a Great Clips in a few years.

I ran in while in uniform on a Saturday of all days hoping I’d be able to get a cut. Not only was I able to, but it’s probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Extremely pleasant and friendly barber. And a huge thank you to the retired state trooper who was in the chair before me that paid for my haircut. You thanked me for my service, but the thanks is to you for your service to our state and for your incredibly kind gesture. I’ll be sure to pay it forward.
