Critical: PunctualityI showed up at 9:30am on 7/30/21. It says on the door and website that they open at 9:30am. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I left at 10:00am. I’m sure they do a fine job cutting hair but waiting outside for 30 minutes for someone to show up? You’ve lost a customer.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love going here to get my hair cut and my oldest son’s hair cut, this is our go to place. They are fast and do a great job cutting hair. My son always feels safe around the girls. My son is 9 & they are great with him never had any problems. I love going here to get my hair cut and my oldest son’s hair cut, this is our go to place. They are fast and do a great job cutting hair. My son always feels safe around the girls. My son is 9 & they are great with him never had any problems. Jessica is awesome. Quickly understood what I wanted from two pics and executed the cut perfectly. She was theonly cutter there and said she normally works at Prospect Park shop. I usually go to PP shop, but was told four times in last two weeks that Mel who normally cuts my hair over past nine years had a different schedule and was there on certain days and times different from her original schedule. Each time I showed I was told I was given wrong info. Mel’s great too. Needed it cut for donation, but had to forego due to delay. Hope I can track either of them down easily for my future cuts.

Great haircut at awesome prices in a traditional no frills babershop. As a heads up this place is cash only, so make sure you have cash. If you don’t Franklin Mint ATM is two shops over.
