Unfortunately my first visit to get my twins haircut at this salon will be the last. It seemed to take a long time for the hair cut and it turned out so bad – I didn’t allow them to cut the other twins hair. I immediately went to another place to have the haircut fixed. The next stylist noticed right away how uneven the entire cut was. We are not hard to please and typically a fade with a trim on top is never an issue. I wish we had a better experience.

Terrible haircut. Had to tell him he missed cutting some hairs on the right side by my face. Over 1 week later and I am still finding hairs in the back that were never cut. Wasn’t worth the $50. Don’t care to remember the persons name. All the wanted to do was talking about himself the whole time. Did ask me one question. Go here at your own risk!!

Have never had a problem before at this small hair place, we frequented for my kids haircuts. That didn’t last long though, and I am happy to say I will never return. Had an appointment for a hairstyle. Go in the day of and every stylist present says they have no idea how to do said style and that the women who booked me always does that, books clients with stylist who cant do certain things?!? When they finally say, we have someone that can do it, it’ll be a few minutes. I end up waiting an hour and 15 minutes for nothing because as soon as the woman who claimed she could do it was done, all of the stylist avoided me and refused to do it. I waited all that time for nothing! I should have left but I really thought someone was going to do my hair! How incompetent and unprofessional! To make matters worse the staff was very non chalant about it. Like it didnt matter to them. And that’s ok with me because I wont be back! The place was dirty, kids all over running in and out of the store. No one was sweeping up the gobs of hair and several people were coming in and out and not even having appointments or paying. The 5 women in front of me didn’t. And that’s all fine if you want to style your friends hair all day, but just tell the paying customers who wait for an hour, to go elsewhere because you dont have time for them.

This is one of the worst Salon’s to get your hair done. The manager Kimberly Knight was the rudest person I have ever met in my life and had one of the foulest mouths I have ever heard. Not only was she rude to customers, but she was also rude to her employees as well. I would never recommend this Salon to anyone and will never be giving CutSmart my buisness.
