Dawn ans Laura are great with my thick wavy hair. I had another girl do my hair,and she cut it uneven,and cut bangs that I did not ask for. After that I did come back and Laura even said my hair was uneven, but she blended it and it looked good. I won’t dye my hair or recommened it only since the dye washed out it 5 days,and I was back to Grey’s. I did return,and Laura did redo it at no charge but the same thing ended up happing. I definitely would recommend Laura or Dawn as stylist.

I’m new to the area and I’m fortunate to have a good head of hair at my age. I am glad I finally found Cuts Unlimited II. The stylist/Manager Shandell took time to style my hair with scissors; not just run an electric razor through it and call it a day, like other places. The price for men’s haircuts is very reasonable. The shop is bright, clean and airy.

Don’t think I’ll be back, staff turnover there is astounding, I went yesterday for a color and trim brought my daughter and a friend along for a child’s haircut and my friend to get her hair done as well. Called ahead found they had open availability, sweet, set an appointment and on our way we were, immediately upon arrival, the younger woman (nicole) borderline threw a fit because the other chick, (can’t remember her name) was going to color my hair, look I don’t care who does my hair, just do it and do it right please. A little unprofessional but whatever, I set down and she asks what I’m looking to do, I said I needed to touch my brown roots up to match my blonde hair and dye it all lighter, she decided not to use bleach, literally never heard that, left it in my hair to long so now my cowlick is gone, because the hair fell out around the area, finally get the point where my hair should be washed, ruined a new shirt because apparently we don’t care when hair product and water run all over our clients, after the 3rd time I said something as I was pulling the wet shirt from my neck I got an “oops” this is after the first bit of hair product got splattered all over the wall from her dropping it, if I didn’t jump, my brand new pink uggs wouldn’t have been able to see another day, she trimmed my dead ends but forgot to do the bangs we discussed. Lady was so worried the entire time the other woman was gonna do my hair and she wasn’t gonna make anything, like more than half a dozen comments on it, finally I see my hair, and she’s trying to convince the staff member who just showed up that my hairs not looking like trainwreck, spoiler alert it does, also how do you cut hair and not edge the outer lines? Never seen that at any salon, ever, so I asked and was told I’d have to pay extra, thank God I wasn’t charged for that as that never happened either, overall experience was less than I’d expect from a supercuts let alone a place that calls itself a salon, then I ended up spending near 75 bucks for a color, which was barely ended as root touch up and that was just for me. Idk where I’ll be going next but I doubt it’ll ever be cuts unlimited ever again. Waste of time, money and now I look Hella weird with almost a platinum blonde on top and my faded blonde at the tips.
