The check-in process and overall haircut was okay however the stylist’s fine clipper left red bruises on my neck that was very disappointing. My son had a similar experience in another salon that’s why we tried this one but sadly had the same problem. We don’t mind going there again as long as they update/fix their clippers.

Had a haircut there around 20 days back, went there looking at the good reviews. Firstly when I checked in online 28 mins was the waiting time given. Reached on time but everyone is busy with their customer. After 20 mins thought I got my turn, since the lady barber wearing spectacles asked my name. But that’s not the case, she couldn’t get my name properly when I told and gave a reaction with an awkward face which I still remember. There was an another family waiting to have haircut for their twins, who haven’t checked online. Without telling a word She skipped me and took those kids for haircut. I felt ok since they are kids to give priority. Again waited hoping someone else will do my haircut as there was an other guy almost going to finish haircut, but after servicing his client he kept on cleaning and chatting never took the next customer for service. After 50 mins got my turn and had haircut with the same lady barber. One thing I don’t understand is why the waiting time provided is not close anywhere nearby our actual wait time in the salon. It hardly took her only 10 mins to finish my haircut for which I waited for almost an hour over the wait time provided. Two requests to the owner please ask your barbers not to be rude with the customers. Please provide waiting time at least somewhat closer to the actual wait time.

I highly recommend Disa as a hairstylist! She is extremely talented and her attention to detail is impressive. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final result. Disa is also incredibly accommodating. She accommodated all of my requests and always makes sure to give me the time and effort that I need. On top of that, she’s one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and always makes my visit enjoyable. She’s very experienced and always leave me looking my best.

My kids and I got hair cut, staff was rude. They won’t even share a candy for a 2 year old crying because he didn’t co-operate for his hair cut. And did poor job as well with hair cut, refused to cut like what we asked. Never going again to this place. Haircut
