I don’t think the people who work here understand what an appointment means. What’s the point of setting up an appointment if I have to wait 30+ minutes when I get there? Not to mention the lady on the phone was extremely rude when I called and made me feel stupid for asking if they had openings for today. But now after the service I received today i realized it was an extremely dumb question to ask. It’s no surprise why this place isn’t fully booked for the day.

HORRIBLE PLACE…. If you care about your hair, keep on driving and go to a REAL salon! My daughter had beautiful long thick hair that used to be all one length….That was BEFORE she went in and asked them to trim the ends. She came home with her hair all chopped up and no shape whatsoever to it.

I had a mixed experience at this place. The first stylist today, did a horrible job on my hair and butchered it. I kept telling her something doesn’t look right and she was arguing with me. Telling me it’s because one side is wet and the other is dry. So she wet the other side, guess what? Still was not even or correct. She says, it looks fine to me, I’m not sure what you want me to do. I told her I want you to fix it. She got an attitude and finally I got up and said, we are done here. Was about to leave and drive south to sportsclips, the stylist asked me if I wanted her to do my neck and ears. I said no, I’m going somewhere else. This is when the experience gets better. She asked the other stylist to look at it and thank God. Patsy was able to get it fixed how it should have been done and did a great job doing it. So, thank you patsy for getting it done right for me. Make sure when you get a haircut, you ask for patsy. Their were only two stylists working.

Got a horrible haircut, very choppy. Looks nothing like the picture I showed her she barely looked at it. Plus she got a big hurry. Now I can’t do anything with my hair already I’m going to another hairstyles to get it correct as much as I can. I’m usually very easy going to change it’s just terrible back this is horrible. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for no length to be taken of multiple times and no layers. She said okay then proceeded to give me the worst haircut I have ever seen a “professional” do. I can’t put my hair up in a ponytail anymore and the “layers” are atleast two inches shorter that the rest of my hair. Oh ya and also my bangs are horribly uneven now.Service: Haircut

Overall it’s a pretty good haircut place, you can typically get in and out in about 15-20 minutes(times vary if you gotta wait). Most of the times that I’ve went in there though it’s an in and out process, and the women that do cut my hair always give me what I want and don’t mess my hair up.
