I’ve been here twice. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and someone to return your call. My last call never even was. returned at all several weeks ago. My coloring was pretty nice the first time, and I’m glad she didn’t get water in my ears when rinsing, but the second time it was way too dark. She had to ask someone else about the mix so I guess they don’t take good notes. I haven’t been back due to this dark color and no return call.

Just left my good friend, Jay, at Cut~n~Color in O’Fallon. I don’t remember the last time I felt so pampered and special. Oh, and the best thing: I LOVE my hair. Apparently, so does everyone else! I have never received so many compliments on my hair before. The salon is clean, stylish and very inviting. I will be going back again and again and again……….
