I’ve been coming to this place for at least 3 years. Usually they are very good. Lately they have a new ” stylist” , she seems untrained and unsure. I’ve unfortunately had my last 2 haircuts from her. I didn’t realize she was the same lady from last time when I sat down. She has no idea how to fade or blend, she left half my hair longer on one side than the other. Very very unsatisfied. Then I try to use my points they send me text messages after every haircut, claiming I’ve earned. To my surprise they couldn’t find a single point? It’s a scam, don’t give them your phone number. Avoid this place as I will be in the future.

I love this place! My #1 hair cut place thanks to Angie! I have known Angie since I was six years old and for a long time about sixteen years later she has always been the only one that I let touch my hair until I moved and now I feel like she’s so far away. She makes you feel like family! Specially after she’s known you for a while. She always makes me double think my crazy hair cut ideas because I am always so picky about my hair. I love that about her that she knows me and knows what I like and what I would not like! Thank you Angie for making this place great and making my whole family happy every time we see you!

Walked in and Fatima cut my boyfriend’s hair (beautifully) and Angie did mine. My hair started mid back and we cut it chin length. She took her time and maintained great communication to ensure I’d walk out confident and happy after such a drastic change. This was the first hair cut that I’d ever had where I got what I’d envisioned. I called ahead for pricing and availability for my boyfriend and I. Walked in and Fatima cut my boyfriend’s hair (beautifully) and Angie did mine. My hair started mid back and we cut it chin length. She took her time and maintained great communication to ensure I’d walk out confident and happy after such a drastic change. I set up an appointment I took time out of my day to do it correctly I set up a haircut at 2 p.m. with April. I show up 15 minutes early to have someone chastise me and try to take over her haircut. And then finally they said April is unavailable because she’s doing a chemical. I don’t care if April is doing a chemical I care about getting the haircut at my prearranged time. If someone is not available they should not show available on your website. I will not be back. Do you know what’s the easiest and best or worst case of communication for your business is? That’s Word of Mouth!

Poor customer service. I walked in and had to get one of the ladies’ attention to ask a question, since they didn’t acknowledge my presence. I went there once before ( a couple of years back) and had THE SAME problem. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and went in today. Needless to say I will drive to a further location to get the right service.

Called ahead to confirm a stylists availability and was told she would be available at 11 am. I arrived at 5 minutes till, at 5 after I was told the stylist was running late and was on her way. At 11:20 she walked in and then proceeded to tell me she had an appointment for a customer who arrived after I did, and she would have to see them before she cut my hair. If you had been there at 11 you could have already cut my hair and been done. Very unprofessional, and just bad business I won’t be back.
