Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Upon entry me and my step son where not welcomed with a greeting.Second I understood the next In line mentality. Every time a barber was finished with a client they closed up the seat and left, why even go to work from 10-1 if your intentions are so slim, just don’t even open or put a sign up appointments only and don’t waist ppl’s time.It’s always support black owned businesses but the black owned business would not even cut a 5 year old African American with a white step dad hair. There where 3 barbers that could have made a lasting effort on cutting this young black man hair but no they looked at me and said he’ll no. Please all hip hop radio stations please don’t add this as a business to visit. I hope ownership changes business strategy!! I thought we want our young men looking representing? Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMane did an excellent job on bae’s cut. It was speedy and the fade was on point. Made him look like a new person. He was punctual and gave great conversation and excellent customer service. The shop is clean and beautiful. I will definitely make this spot my go to on a regular basis.
